KEEP YOUR CASE MOVIN' WITH HOOVEN!
After graduating from the University of Georgia with degrees in Political Science and Spanish, John attended law school at Georgia State University College of Law with the purpose of becoming a trial attorney and litigator. He began his career representing insurance companies, trucking companies, and national food chains, focusing in the areas of general liability, premises liability, trucking defense, motor vehicle accidents, uninsured/under-insured motorist coverage, and workers’ compensation. Before joining his last firm as an attorney, John began working there full-time as a paralegal while balancing a full class schedule and extracurricular activities. During that time, John gained invaluable insight into the discovery process and case development. During his tenure with that firm, John honed his litigation skills and learned the strategies that these companies use to keep from paying what injured individuals deserve. Now, he is turning the tables and using the skills and strategies he learned against these companies for his clients.
When he’s not practicing law, John enjoys spending time with his fiancée and family, trying new restaurants in the Atlanta area, working out, and cooking.
